At Borders Task Busters Ltd, client satisfaction is our number one priority. Our Terms and Conditions have been written to be clear, fair, and transparent, with the aim of protecting both you as our client and us as a company, while ensuring work is carried out efficiently and professionally.

Our Default Terms
These terms apply to all work unless otherwise stated below.
• Deposits may be required before work begins
• Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise
• Late payment charges may apply where payment is overdue
• Invoice queries must be raised within 3 working days
• All work is carried out based on the agreed scope at the time of booking

Landscaping Works
Landscaping work is priced based on agreed scope, materials, access, and site conditions.
• Changes to design, layout, or materials must be agreed before work continues
• Ground conditions may affect timelines and cost
• Materials remain our property until paid for in full
• Work may be staged depending on weather and site readiness

Ground/Garden Maintenance
Maintenance work is carried out based on the agreed tasks and frequency.
• Maintenance visits are not labour blocks for additional projects
• Extra work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately
• Visit timing may vary due to weather and scheduling
• Access must be available on the agreed day

Jet Washing
Jet washing services are dependent on surface condition, access, and weather.
• Results vary depending on surface age and condition
• Some staining or marks may not be fully removable
• We are not responsible for pre-existing surface damage
• Work may be rescheduled due to weather or surface condition

Repairs
Repairs are limited to minor outdoor repairs only.
• Repairs are carried out on a best-endeavours basis
• Additional issues discovered during work will be discussed before proceeding
• We do not undertake internal or structural repairs unless agreed separately
• Materials remain our property until paid in full
