Landscaping

Borders Task Busters carries out practical, soft landscaping across the Scottish Borders — helping homeowners, landlords, and businesses tidy up, reshape, and improve outdoor spaces without overcomplicating things.

Our work includes preparing and turning ground, forming and refreshing flower beds, laying and reworking stone and gravel areas, improving paths and access routes, and tidying up tired driveways, patios, and hardstanding. We also deal with drainage issues, uneven ground, and problem areas that make a space awkward to use or maintain.

Our landscaping work focuses on practical improvements that make outdoor spaces easier to use, easier to maintain, and better suited to everyday life.

Borders Task Busters carries out soft landscaping and small-scale improvement works across the Scottish Borders, helping homeowners, landlords, and businesses deal with tired, awkward, or underperforming outdoor areas. Many of the jobs we take on start with uneven ground, worn paths, muddy lawns, overgrown beds, or spaces that simply don’t function the way they should.

We carry out work such as preparing and turning ground, forming and refreshing flower beds, laying and reworking gravel and stone areas, improving pathways and access routes, and tidying up patios, driveways, and hardstanding. We also deal with problem areas caused by poor drainage, heavy use, or years of gradual decline.

Rather than ripping everything out or over-designing spaces, we focus on sensible changes that fit the property and how it’s actually used. That might mean reshaping a garden to reduce maintenance, replacing grass with stone or gravel where it no longer works, improving layout and flow, or bringing structure back to an untidy space.

Our approach is straightforward: assess what’s there, deal with the underlying issues, and carry out improvements that last. The result is an outdoor space that looks better, works better, and can be maintained properly going forward.
